Ginobili scores 24 as Spurs top Clippers 115-90

(AP) SAN ANTONIO — Manu Ginobili scored 24 points and DeJuan Blair added 20 to lead the San Antonio Spurs to a 115-90 win over the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday night.
