Man who knew ex-Penn State coach charged in abuse case: He was father figure but grew clingy

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. - A man who through a youth charity years ago met a former Penn State assistant football coach charged with child sex abuse says the coach was like a father figure but grew clingy as he got older.
